The things hosts ask us.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. They scan the QR code and the booth opens in their phone's browser, camera and all.
Do I need to rent a photo booth?
No. Every guest's phone is the booth. If you'd like one in the room too, an iPad or a spare phone on a stand works: ask us to turn it on for your event.
How do the AI looks work?
Guests pick a look, or let Welcomed pick one at random for a surprise, and their photo is restyled in a few seconds. You choose which of those to offer. Each phone gets a handful of AI looks. Keep the classic photo on as a choice too, or offer only AI looks: guests get a classic photo whenever an AI look isn't available.
What if kids are coming?
Turn on "Ask for a grown-up's OK before AI looks" when you set up the booth (Welcomed suggests it when you say kids will use it). You can also have booth photos wait for your approval before they reach the wall.
Can we keep the photos?
Yes. Download every booth photo afterward, including the original of each AI look. Your event stays up for 12 months after the date.
