Common questions
Do guests need to download an app or make an account?
No. Guests scan your QR code (or open your event's link) in their phone's browser. There's nothing to install and nothing to sign in to.
How do I get started?
Create an account and build your event for free. You can share a preview with a partner or co-planner, then pick a package and publish when you're ready. See the pricing page for what each package includes.
Can I change things after I print the QR code?
Yes. Your code is permanent and always points to your event, so you can update seating, menus and details right up to the last minute without reprinting.
Who can see the photos and messages guests share?
Anyone with your event's link or QR code can see what's shared on your event site. You can require approval for videos, hide or remove anything, and keep guestbook messages private to you. Guests can delete their own uploads from the same phone.
How long does my event site stay up?
Event sites stay live for 12 months after the event date. We'll email you before it's taken down, and you can download every photo, video and message at any time.
A guest asked me to remove a photo. How?
Open your event dashboard, go to the photo wall, and hide or delete it. Deleted items stay in your trash for 30 days in case you change your mind.
