Questions
Do you charge per guest?
No. Every package has unlimited guests, and guests never pay or download an app.
When do I pay?
Build your event for free and see it exactly as guests will. Every page shows a Preview banner, and the classic photobooth works with unlimited watermarked photos (wall photos, videos and messages stop at 25 while you try it). Share the preview link with a partner or co-planner to get their feedback. You pay when you publish, and the watermarks come off, even on photos already taken.
How long does my event stay open?
You choose a start date. From then, guests and you can add photos, videos and messages until your gallery closes: 30 days on Essentials, 6 months on Plus and 12 months on Premier. You can change the start date until it arrives, and the gallery extension adds another year.
Can guests keep their photos?
Yes. Guests and hosts can view and download everything while the gallery is open.
Do guests need AI photos to use the photobooth?
No. The classic photobooth is free for every guest. AI photos are an extra you add with a pack.
Do AI photo credits expire?
AI photos last 12 months in your account, whether they came with Premier, a bundle, a pack or a top-up, and they work at any of your events. Credits can't be transferred to someone else, and your account always shows how many you have and when they expire.
Can I try the AI looks first?
Yes. Every new account gets 10 free AI test credits.
Can I add a donation page or other custom pages?
Yes, every package includes optional custom pages for anything you want to share. A page can link to your organization's own giving page. Wonderday doesn't collect or handle donations.
What if my plans change?
Ask us from your account. We usually offer a credit toward a future event, and we can refund your card when that's fairer.
