Galas & fundraisers

A room full of supporters, seated in seconds.

Guests scan at the door, find their table, and see the evening ahead. Your team spends the night with supporters, not seating charts.

The first five minutes

The arrival line is the first impression.

At a seated dinner, the first five minutes set the tone. A QR code on the welcome sign lets guests find their own tables without a line at the door or a poster to crowd around, so your volunteers are free to greet people.

Your supporters came to feel part of something. Show them from the start.
